CARA GANTI TOKEN KEYBCA

Hi, Moosufans, Hari ini aku ke kantor cabang BCA untuk mengganti token Keybca ku yang mati total. Udah hampir 5 tahun aku pakai, baru kali ini mati. 

mungkin habis baterai. 

Kalau menurut video tutorial di youtube lainnya sih ga bisa ganti baterei sendiri jadi harus ke kantor cabang BCA atau myBCA dengan membawa : 

- Kartu ATM BCA

- KTP

- serta keyBCA yang mati

Nanti kita diminta mengisi formulir dan menandatanganinya. 

proses aktivasi KeyBCA yang baru bisa dilakukan di hari yang sama setelah kita menerima KeyBCA yang baru,

Cara aktivasi KeyBCA :

- Login ke KlikBCA dengan USER ID yang terhubung dengan KeyBCA

- Pilih menu administrasi

- Pilih Aktivasi KeyBCA

- Masukkan nomor kartu ATM BCA dan nomor seri keyBCA yang ada di belakang token.

- Masukkan 8 angka yang tampil di layar KeyBCA (respons APPLI-1) ke KlikBCA

- lalu klik tombok KIRIM

kalau kalian bingung, jangan kuatir karena untuk cara aktivasi ini nanti dipandu oleh Customer Service BCA.

Adapun penggantian KeyBCA ini kena biaya Rp.50.000 langsung didebet dari rekening BCA.
